As a Nationally ranked powerlifter, United States Marine and Certified Personal Trainer, Irene is looking to tap into your fitness journey and use her experience and knowledge to develop the healthiest and strongest version of you. She would provide you with safe and reasonable exercises to perform at any level. Fitness has always been a big part of her life. HABIT – PT
Personal Training based on progressive resistance exercise to control and develop your muscles to build that dream body you always wanted. Every session will be split into upper and lower body exercises or focusing on push or pull motions. We will focus on the main compound lifts squat, deadlifts and bench press. This is the perfect training to guide you on how to use the gym equipment, proper lifting technique and pust you to go a litter hard than if you were on your own.
Available for Personal Training Sessions on evenings Tueday, Thursday and Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
